LASER TRACKER are instruments that accurately measure large objects by determining the positions of optical targets held against those objects. The accuracy of laser trackers is of the order of 0.025 mm over a distance of several meters.

ATS 600

The Leica Absolute Tracker ATS600 is ready to meet the challenges of these new applications with a unique working principle that can accurately locate a point in 3D space with metrology-grade accuracy without the need for a reflector at the point of measurement. Based on the established Wave-Form Digitiser technology behind some high-end surveying tools, the ATS600 is powered by the first ever Scanning Absolute Distance Meter, a metrology-grade iteration of this technical principle that can locate a point to within 300 microns from up to 60 metres away.

AT 960

The Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 is a robust, all-in-one laser tracker that fits in a single flight case. Offering high-speed dynamic measurement as standard, it is a complete solution for six degrees of freedom (6DoF) probing, scanning and automated inspection as well as reflector measurement. The AT960 laser tracker can be transported easily, unpacked quickly and powered up in minutes to deliver high-performance measurement almost anywhere. FARO ION

For applications where maximum precision is essential, such as in-line measurements, high-speed dynamic measurements or machine calibration, the Laser Tracker ION, a state-of-the-art measuring device with interferometer (IFM), ensures the high accuracy and measurement range necessary to complete different tasks.

This model of Laser Tracker allows you to build and inspect products by making measurements quickly, easily, accurately and with exceptional portability. The Vantage platform offers full 3D measurements of large volumes up to 80 meters, simplifying processes and perfecting measurement results.

Modular fixture are ready to use out of the box. Easy to install and extremally versatile they are necessary in any Metrology room. Fast assembly and quick modification make them ideal for any CMM laboratory. Our solution is widely used with Laser tracker or Arm next to the production line. 

API RADIAN

The Radian laser tracker developed with innovative technology can be used in various applications and industrial environments where high measurement accuracy is required. The Radian is a portable instrument easy to carry. With its integrated camera and I-Vision technology, Locks On is able to identify the position of a target in a 30-year cone, ready to measure wherever the operator is in this range.
