TURBINE INSPECTION
Gas and Hydro turbine require accurate inspection during manufacturing installation and maintenance.
ALTO does on site inspection using laser tracker and ARM. 3D report and as build reports are provided. Our expert team can also guide and support onsite machining activities and alignment activity during installation and maintenance.
DIAPHRAGM ALIGNMENT
Diaphragms are installed in the upper and lower case and should be aligned when the turbine is open. The diaphragm position is relative to the bearing support, a Laser tracker is the right piece of equipment to quickly perform an accurate diaphragm alignment.
TURBINE SCAN
ALTO is specialised in turbine case and foundation scanning.
We perform on-site Scanning with Laser tracker, blue light or portable ARM. Measurements are necessary to dimensional inspect or reverse engineering a turbine case, diaphragm, a turbine rotor or blade or to simply monitor the condition.
POWER GENERATOR
Steam and hydro power plant heart is compose of turbine and generator.
Both should be precisely aligned. ALTO is using Faro Leica or API tracker to support alignment activity, on site machining advisory and scanning.
