PRECISION AND ACCURACY ABOVE ALL

ROBOTICS & AUTOMATION

We provide 3D dimensional inspection consultancy and products related to the metrology industry

Robotics and Automation in metrology offer numerous advantages, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. They reduce human errors and speed up measurement processes.

Robotic arms can reach difficult-to-access areas and perform repetitive tasks with consistent precision. Automation allows continuous 24/7 operations, saving time and resources.

Data collection and analysis are streamlined, providing real-time insights for quicker decision-making. Integration with advanced software enables faster and more complex measurements. Additionally, robots can handle fragile or hazardous items, ensuring safety for workers.

Overall, the use of robots and automation in metrology optimizes productivity, ensures quality control, and drives advancements in manufacturing and industrial processes.

Automated Reporting

Some production do not have tight cycle time and production rate to justify a full automated robotic solution. In this case ALTO develop a semi-automated solution where the measurements are manually with a Laser Tracker, an Arm or a photogrammetry and the analysis and the report are fully automated.

Laser Tracker Automation

Leica Laser tracker + As1 scanner ensures a high speed measurement and accuracy.

Laser tracker automation cell can be installed directly on the line. On a new project the measurement cell can be upgraded any time by adding a rail extension or an other robot instead of replacing the CMM.

Off-Shore Rover

Specifically design to operate offshore the rover PROMETEO land and scan autonoumusly a off-shore monopile flange.
The rover measure and report flatness, tilt and monopile inclination

AVRIS

Avris Robot can be considered as the modern innovation to the traditional control jigs, to comply with the demand of on-line inspection: it is as robust as a jig but it is as flexible as a robot, able to be re-programmed when a new job starts.

The robot sensors configuration includes touch trigger and optical devices and produces the same inspection report as CMM.
